UAE Visa Processing
Employment, family, freelance and long-term residence applications.
Paperwork and submission support for UAE residence visa applications — employment, family sponsorship, freelance permits and long-term residence. Most rejections come from document mismatches rather than eligibility, so the work is in getting the file right before it is submitted.
We do not carry this out ourselves. We work out what your case actually needs and put you in touch with a licensed provider who does — and we stay your point of contact while it runs.
Who this is for
- Employers processing a new hire's residence visa
- Residents sponsoring a spouse, children or parents
- Freelancers and remote workers who need their own permit
How it works
- 1Tell us your situation and we list exactly which documents the application needs
- 2We check what you have against the mismatches that cause most refusals
- 3We connect you with a licensed provider or typing centre to prepare and submit it
- 4We help you read what each status change actually means while it is in progress

Questions we get
What does a UAE visa cost?
Government fees depend on visa type, emirate, duration and whether the application is inside or outside the country, and they are revised from time to time. We quote per case and always show government fees separately from our own fee. Always confirm current official fees with ICP or the relevant authority.
Can you guarantee approval?
No, and nobody honestly can — approval is the authority's decision. What we can do is make sure the file does not fail on paperwork before it gets there.
My visa application was rejected. Can you help?
Usually yes. We look at the rejection reason, work out the underlying document problem, and advise whether to reapply or take a different route.
