Certified Legal Translation
Arabic and English translations accepted by UAE authorities.
Certified translation of certificates, contracts and court documents between Arabic and English. UAE government departments, courts and most employers will only accept a translation produced by a legal translator licensed by the Ministry of Justice, which is why an ordinary translation is usually rejected.
We do not carry this out ourselves. We work out what your case actually needs and put you in touch with a licensed provider who does — and we stay your point of contact while it runs.
Who this is for
- Job seekers whose degree or experience certificates are not in Arabic
- Anyone submitting documents to a UAE court, notary or government department
- Companies filing contracts, MoUs or licences
How it works
- 1Send a photo or scan through the form and tell us what the translation is for
- 2We work out what it actually needs — certified translation, attestation first, or both
- 3We put you in touch with a translator licensed by the Ministry of Justice, with the price and turnaround agreed before anything starts
- 4They produce the stamped, signed certified copy; we stay in the loop until you have it
What we need from you
Turnaround: Same day for short documents; 2–3 working days for long or technical files
Questions we get
Why was my translation rejected?
Almost always because it was not produced by a translator licensed by the UAE Ministry of Justice, or because the name spelling did not match the passport. Both are things we check before delivery.
Do you translate the whole document or only part of it?
Certified translations must cover the complete document, including stamps and seals. Partial translations get rejected.
Do I need attestation as well as translation?
Often yes — they are separate steps. Attestation proves the original is genuine; translation makes it readable to the authority. We can tell you which your case needs before you pay anyone for either.
