Notary & Public Documentation
Powers of attorney, affidavits and notarised agreements.
Preparation and notarisation support for powers of attorney, affidavits, declarations, memoranda of association and similar instruments. A UAE notary will reject a document whose wording, translation or signatory authority is not exactly right, so drafting matters as much as the appointment.
We do not carry this out ourselves. We work out what your case actually needs and put you in touch with a licensed provider who does — and we stay your point of contact while it runs.
Who this is for
- Anyone granting a power of attorney inside or outside the UAE
- Business partners formalising an agreement
- People who need a sworn declaration for a government or court process
How it works
- 1We work out which instrument you actually need and who has to sign it
- 2We check the wording is in the bilingual form a UAE notary will accept
- 3We connect you with a provider who arranges the notary appointment
- 4You receive the notarised document; we check nothing was left out
What we need from you
Turnaround: Typically 1–3 working days including the appointment
Questions we get
Does a power of attorney need to be in Arabic?
UAE notaries work in Arabic, so instruments are normally notarised bilingually with a certified Arabic translation. We line both parts up so they are not done out of order.
Can I notarise a document if I am outside the UAE?
There is usually a route through the UAE embassy in your country, or via a power of attorney granted to someone here. Which one applies depends on the document.
